Ansvarsområden
- Act as a strategic and trusted advisor to data center operation leaders in EMEA.
- Model and analyze key strategic drivers to influence future year planning decisions.
- Own orchestrating budget, forecasts, LRP, monthly close, and workforce planning for the EMEA region.
- Ensure monthly financial results are stated accurately and in accordance with company policies.
- Continuously improve processes to drive automation, efficiency, and cross-team collaboration.
- Collaborate to identify high impact projects that drive business success and align to personal development goals.
Krav
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field; OR Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field; OR equivalent experience.
- Expertise in financial planning and analysis, including: analysis, forecasting, planning, reporting, and developing financial models.

- Ability to collaborate and be comfortable dealing with ambiguity, influencing across multiple complex organization, and creating effecting partnerships.
- Ability to achieve results through both individual and cross team efforts, to manage multiple projects at the same time, and to work effectively under deadline constraints.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling and analysis.
- Problem-solving attitude.
- Experience in influencing decisions and developing strategic plans.
- Ability to 'think outside the box' and not be hindered by how things have been done in the past.
- Go Getter. Willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic.
- Self-directed, resourceful and willing to roll-up sleeves as needed.
- Proven ability to drive projects and analysis to closure in a collaborative and matrixed environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communications translating financial analysis and insights into meaningful and actionable business communications and recommendations.
- Excellent Excel and Office skills.
- BA/BS in Accounting, Finance or related degrees
