The Finance Analyst - Tax position is responsible for end-to-end compliance for indirect taxes across multiple countries, reporting to the Tax Operations Team Lead. This role involves managing tax documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting tax reporting, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to streamline operations.

Ansvarsområden

Maintain and validate tax documentation, ensuring compliance with local and international tax regulations.
Monitor changes in tax laws and assess operational impact.
Assist in the preparation and submission of tax filings.
Reconcile tax and reporting data across systems.
Support audits and respond to tax authority inquiries.
Identify opportunities to improve tax workflows and reduce manual effort.
Collaborate with technology teams to implement automation solutions.
Work closely with Finance, Legal, and Operations teams.
Liaise with external advisors and regulatory bodies.
Monitor and mitigate tax-related risks.
Maintain internal controls and documentation for tax processes.

Krav

Minimum 1 year of experience in Tax operations, managing tax documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting tax reporting.
B.Com or any related finance graduate.
Comfortable working with multi-age and multicultural groups.
Should possess communication, listening, and execution skills.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Having any tax reporting knowledge would be preferred.
Should possess learning mindset and logical thinking abilities.
Theoretical knowledge of SAP /CFIN, MS Office is most preferred.
