Alfa Laval is seeking a Field Service Engineer in Kiev to perform installation, maintenance, servicing, and repair of advanced industrial equipment. This role involves technical diagnostics, customer support, and collaboration with internal teams, with regular international travel required.

Ansvarsområden

Installing, maintaining, servicing, and repairing industrial equipment at customer sites
Diagnosing technical issues and resolving them effectively
Providing preventive maintenance and technical support
Training customer operators and maintenance teams
Collaborating with service, engineering, and sales teams
Documenting completed service work and preparing reports
Contributing to equipment efficiency and customer satisfaction

Krav

Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment (e.g., food, beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical, chemical)
Good mechanical and technical diagnostic skills
Ability to independently identify and resolve technical issues
Customer-oriented approach and good communication skills
Willingness to travel regularly on business trips
Ability to organize work independently and take responsibility for results
English language skills for communication with colleagues and customers
A Category B driving license

Önskade kvalifikationer

Experience as a Service Engineer, Service Technician, Mechanical Engineer, Equipment Operator, or in a similar technical role will be considered an advantage
