Field Service Engineer needed in Samut Prakan for full-time, on-site work. Responsibilities include maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of standard products at customer sites. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Ansvarsområden

  • Execute maintenance and minor repairs on standard products at customer sites.
  • Investigate and resolve technical problems on standard products at customer sites.
  • Prepare service jobs for efficient execution.
  • Follow up on customer commitments.
  • Write and obtain customer signatures on service reports.
  • Update service execution IT systems.
  • Report unsafe practices and incidents for continuous improvement.
  • Capture installed base information and communicate sales opportunities.
  • Proactively recommend spare parts purchases to customers.
  • Perform service in Service Centres if required.

Krav

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in repairing and maintenance services of industrial machinery/equipment.
  • Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good command of English and Thai (written and spoken).
  • Computer literate.
  • Ability to work overtime.
  • Must be a hands-on person.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Having an electrical or automation background but preferring mechanical work is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with heat exchangers, separators, or decanters is a plus.
