Responsibilities
- Execute maintenance and minor repairs on standard products at customer sites.
- Investigate and resolve technical problems on standard products at customer sites.
- Prepare service jobs for efficient execution.
- Follow up on customer commitments.
- Write and obtain customer signatures on service reports.
- Update service execution IT systems.
- Report unsafe practices and incidents for continuous improvement.
- Capture installed base information and communicate sales opportunities.
- Proactively recommend spare parts purchases to customers.
- Perform service in Service Centres if required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in repairing and maintenance services of industrial machinery/equipment.
- Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
- Good command of English and Thai (written and spoken).
- Computer literate.
- Ability to work overtime.
- Must be a hands-on person.
Desired Qualifications
- Having an electrical or automation background but preferring mechanical work is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with heat exchangers, separators, or decanters is a plus.
