Sargent & Greenleaf seeks a Fabrication Operator for their Nicholasville, KY facility. This full-time, hourly role involves operating various manufacturing machines, assembling components, and maintaining quality standards in a production environment.

Ansvarsområden

Operate manufacturing equipment including mills, drills, benders, broaches, presses, lathes, and secondary operation machines.
Perform repetitive production tasks safely, accurately, and efficiently.
Position parts according to blueprints, routings, and bills of materials.
Assemble components using various fasteners.
Operate drill presses, riveting machines, and production equipment.
Use hand tools for achieving proper fit and finish.
Wire and solder simple subassemblies as required.
Conduct visual and functional inspections to maintain quality standards.
Prepare products for shipment by assembling boxes, labeling materials, and creating accessory packs.
Follow all company safety, quality, and production procedures.
Rotate between production operations as needed.

Krav

High school diploma or GED preferred.
One to three months of manufacturing, production, assembly, or machine operation experience preferred.
Ability to read and follow work instructions, production documents, and basic blueprints.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Dependable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
