Volvo Trucks is seeking an experienced Truck Service Advisor / Customer Service Representative (CSR) for their Reading location. This full-time role involves managing customer interactions, coordinating workshop activities, and ensuring a high level of service for commercial vehicle clients. Ansvarsområden

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or digital platforms.
  • Provide accurate information on Volvo Trucks products, services, parts, and warranties.
  • Coordinate with dealers, service centers, and internal departments to resolve issues.
  • Handle order processing, tracking, and follow-ups for parts and services.
  • Manage and document customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Escalate complex or technical issues to appropriate teams.
  • Support aftersales services, including maintenance scheduling and service updates.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver a positive brand experience.

Krav

  • Previous experience as a Truck Service Advisor, Commercial Vehicle Service Advisor, or in a similar aftersales customer service role.
  • A strong understanding of commercial vehicle maintenance and workshop operations.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • The ability to remain calm and organised while managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong administrative and IT skills.
  • Experience using dealer management systems.
  • Full UK driving licence is an advantage.
