Ansvarsområden
- Managing communication with Amazon Vendors regarding inventory inbound, shipment, damages, and losses during liquidation.
- Investigating root causes of Vendor disputes and making refund decisions based on processes and data.
- Unblocking process-related issues and supporting partner teams with escalations from senior leadership or sellers.
- Configuring inventory allocation for Amazon Vendors based on their volume capacity bidding.
- Cooperating with other departments (Legal, FC POCs, Program Manager, Product Manager, Partner Manager, Tech team, BI team) to improve decision-making and services.
- Managing SP-Support escalation tickets and identifying gaps in SOPs or Help Pages, working with stakeholders to update them.
- Constantly investigating and optimizing internal processes to improve productivity.
Krav
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
- Experience in natural language data labeling, data annotation, linguistic annotation, or other forms of data markup.
