Sandvik is looking for an experienced Equipment Parts Operation Manager in Seoul, South Korea, to oversee procurement and sourcing of construction and mining equipment parts globally. The role requires a strong background in sales, operations, and supply chain management, with a focus on customer relations and dealer network support.

Ansvarsområden

  • Manage existing customers and develop new opportunities for equipment and spare parts sales.
  • Identify customer needs and collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Service, Finance) to provide solutions.
  • Manage dealer network operations and service support, including training and troubleshooting.
  • Develop and execute sales support plans to achieve targets.
  • Prepare and issue quotations and manage the sales process, including orders and delivery.
  • Process customer purchase orders and monitor shipment status.
  • Manage sales-related documentation (delivery notes, tax invoices).
  • Track sales transactions and support process improvements.
  • Manage customs clearance and settlement for domestic and imported goods.

Krav

  • Over 15 years of experience in equipment and spare parts sales, operations, or commercial organizations, preferably in the construction or mining equipment industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant business systems for operational data management and reporting.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead interactions with management and various functions.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion.
  • Ability to build long-term partnerships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English communication is preferred for global collaboration.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
