As an English-Speaking Guest Services Representative in Zagreb, you will be the primary point of contact for guests, providing exceptional support via multiple channels. This full-time, fixed-term role involves resolving inquiries, building relationships, and contributing to a positive guest experience in an international environment.

Ansvarsområden

Provide exceptional support to guests via inbound calls, emails, and chats.
Assist with orders, payments, product inquiries, returns, promotions, account access, and technical questions.
Listen actively, empathize, and resolve guest concerns efficiently.
Identify and escalate complex issues to supervisors.
Navigate multiple systems while keeping guests informed.
Manage high volumes of guest interactions in a fast-paced, structured virtual environment.
Work shifts Monday through Sunday, between 9 am and 9 pm.

Krav

Excellent written and spoken English skills (C1 or native level).
Friendly, empathetic attitude.
Strong communication and active listening skills.
Ability to multitask while assisting guests and maintain professionalism.
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Solid computer skills and quick adaptability to new tools and processes.
Positive mindset with eagerness to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
