Build, support, and grow a high-performing team, including hiring, performance management, and career development.
Set architectural goals for Play Pass back-end infrastructure, multi-surface clients, and promotional engines.
Collaborate with product, marketing, UX, and data science to create impactful features and drive product growth.
Set architectural standards through active participation in design reviews and mentoring engineers.
Manage organizational dependencies and communication with leadership across Google Play.

Krav

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in software development.
3 years of experience with full stack development, across back-end (Java, Python, Golang, or C++) and front-end (JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS).
3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
Experience in data analytics.
Experience on android applications.
