RF360 Singapore Pte., Ltd. is seeking a Senior Engineering Assistant to perform device conversion, recipe creation, and in-process controls. Responsibilities include analyzing lots on hold, monitoring SPC charts, and supporting quality improvement projects.

Ansvarsområden

Perform device conversion and recipe creation in the area of responsibility.
Perform inspection/measurement as part of in-process controls.
Perform engineering evaluation as per engineer instruction.
Analyze lots on hold and dispose lots according to defect catalog and engineering guidelines.
Monitor & analyze SPC charts and buyoff results, including troubleshooting non-conformance cases.
Support operations in the investigation and follow-up of quality issues and process abnormalities.
Work on assignments of medium complexity and technical challenges.
Contribute to process and quality improvement projects.
Work under minimum supervision on routine work.
Provide proper handover and shift pass down.
Ensure compliance with CSR, EHS, QM, ESD, 5S standards and cleanroom protocol.

Krav

Diploma in Engineering or equivalent Technical Certificate.
3 years of relevant technical experience in semiconductor process technology (Preferred) / manufacturing environment.
Experienced with computer systems and proficient with software applications such as MS Power Point, Excel and Word.
