We are seeking a Domain Support Specialist to provide 24/7 technical support for Automated Ops, including diagnosis, domain support, and field technical assistance. The role involves troubleshooting Microwave systems, specifically Ericsson 6xxx and Mini-link 6600 Series, handling tickets, and reporting on daily activities and SLAs.

Ansvarsområden

Work in a 24 X 7 Environment.
Support customers via email and phone.
Responsible for 2nd Line troubleshooting of Microwave systems over Ericsson 6xxx Series.
Handle software upgrade process for Mini-link 6600 Series.
Manage Ethernet alarms and parameters with their troubleshooting process.
Raise and update tickets in the tool for all issues handled.
Report daily issues handled/escalated in daily shift reports.
Ensure issues are handled within the right timeframes as per SLA/Commitments.
Perform preventive activities using performance reports from Microwave NMS.
Handle customer interactions and identify Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

Krav

Degree in Engineering preferably in Electronics, Computer science, Telecommunication or equivalent.
3-7 years of hands-on experience on 2nd Level Engineer- functional role.
Good Technical Knowledge of the Microwave Technology preferably 6K series.
Transmission or ENM experience preferred.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Sound knowledge of Microwave Technology.
Sound knowledge on Mini-link 6600 Series.
SO-EM hands-on experience.
QoS parameter knowledge for Mini-link 6600 Series.
Knowledge of Ethernet alarms and parameters with their troubleshooting process.
Good knowledge over SLA/WLA.
Good in customer handling and RCA identification.
