Ansvarsområden

Prepare quotations per customer/Sales request.
Review customer POs for alignment with Emerson’s terms & conditions and trade compliance policy.
Prepare order checklists and screening forms.
Ensure accurate order entry in conformance with customer needs and factory capabilities.
Provide timely order acknowledgments and proactive customer updates.
Expedite orders to meet customer requests and service level goals.
Monitor and update sales order and backlog date management.
Prepare order acknowledgments, delivery orders, and packing lists.
Prepare sales forecasts and POR Sale reports.
Submit weekly and monthly inquiry, booking, backlog, and shipment reports.
Answer customer phone calls professionally.
Act as a liaison for timely and efficient administration of orders.
Manage the impact of change orders.
Analyze and calculate product costs based on BOM, routing, labor, and overhead.
Prepare certificates of Conformance/Origins.
Maintain and update standard costing models.
Support pricing decisions for RFQs, tenders, and bulk orders.
Work with sales and marketing teams on pricing alignment.
Support cost audits and ensure compliance.

Krav

Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical, instrumentation, or electrical engineering.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant field.
2 to 4 Years experience in a customer service role.
Attention to detail, hard worker, proactive, collaborative, willingness to interact.
Ability to work under time pressure and multi-tasking.
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
