As an Engineer/Senior Engineer in Pune, India, you will be responsible for individual booking targets, working closely with OEMs and distributors for incremental sales, and focusing on customer satisfaction and retention. This role involves driving business development, market engagement, and managing existing and new customers for industrial automation sales, including pneumatics and valves.

Ansvarsområden

Ownership of Individual Booking Target.
Work closely with OEMs & Distributors for incremental sales.
Focus on customer satisfaction & retention.
Drive Business Development, market engagement and build Funnel around uncovered markets and geographies.
Undertake Planned Customer Connect Activities regularly with efficient CRM initiatives.
Ensure and Maintain Good interpersonal relationship within the BU and with other BU stakeholders.
Responsible for Industrial Automation Sales, managing existing Customers, Developing New Customers and Business Opportunities.
Generate additional business with Solution Selling, Synergy Products within BU and cross BU product selling.

Krav

Experience in selling Pneumatics, Valves and automation products.
Technically minded with a minimum of 3 to 8 years of work experience.
Knowledge of Fluid control Market of Maharashtra region
Overall Understanding of Discrete Industry including Process Automation, Oil& Gas, Automotive, Pharma, F&B Outlook in region.
Effective oral and written communication with excellent presentation skills.
Follow through on commitments and make sure others do the same.
Gain insight into customer needs.
Maintain a track record of exceeding goals successfully.

Önskade kvalifikationer

BE/BTECH in Electronics & Instrumentation/Mechatronics/Electrical & Electronics/ Mechanical with 3 – 8 years’ experience in handling Sales of Filed Instruments (Pneumatics, Valves) in Maharashtra region.
Strong understanding of English, Marathi & Hindi and ability to speak the language.
Basic knowledge of Pneumatic products & circuits, Electric actuators, High Pressure Regulators and Field Instruments is preferable.
