The Engineer in Support & Operations is responsible for the smooth functioning of Microsoft VDI solutions and related technologies, including developing, maintaining, and enhancing systems. This role involves collaborating with clients, troubleshooting environments, and documenting processes.

Ansvarsområden

Develop and implement Microsoft VDI solutions and RDSH configurations to enhance user experiences and operational efficiency.
Maintain and troubleshoot existing Microsoft VDI environments, addressing issues and ensuring optimal performance of virtual desktops.
Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and develop new features or enhancements related to Touch Services and Video/Telepresence Technologies.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for code and processes.

Krav

Basic understanding of Microsoft VDI solution and RDSH technologies.
Familiarity with Windows Operating Systems and Touch Services.
Fundamental knowledge of Video/Telepresence systems and their integration with virtual environments.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Fundamentals (Optional but Valuable).
