Ansvarsområden
- Design, develop and implement analog and digital circuits from concept phase through serial production.
- Create schematics and define constraints for PCB layouts.
- Define verification specifications and validate designs through simulation, laboratory testing and prototype evaluations.
- Document developed solutions and support the transfer of new technologies into production.
- Collaborate with product owners, product managers, system architects and software developers to translate market needs into hardware requirements.
- Contribute to product development initiatives by identifying opportunities for technical improvements and innovation.
- Stay updated on technology trends and developments relevant to ABB's products and solutions.
- Engage in internal and external networks to expand your knowledge and skills.
- Take responsibility for hardware development activities and collaborate closely with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to ABB's innovation efforts, including intellectual property and patent-related activities where applicable.
Krav
- M.Sc. or B.Sc. degree in Electronic Engineering, Embedded Systems or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in electronics development within embedded systems in an industrial environment.
- Experience designing electronic circuits, creating schematics and working with simulation tools.
- Experience in testing and validation of electronic prototypes in a laboratory environment.
- Fluency in English, written and spoken.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Experience working with voltage levels up to approximately 1 kV is considered an advantage.
- Knowledge of EMC-compatible design is considered an advantage.
- Swedish language skills are beneficial but not required.
