Emerson is seeking an Engineer I, Technical Support Quote and Order Management professional in Mandaluyong, Philippines, to provide technical support to the Middle East and Africa region. Responsibilities include answering technical inquiries, preparing proposals, reviewing orders, and managing order administration.

Ansvarsområden

Provide timely responses to general customer inquiries and effectively manage and fulfill customer orders to generate clean invoices for efficient accounts receivable handling.
Review and answer technical inquiries from customers related to products and processes.
Provide customer proposals, which involve the review of technical and commercial requirements, model number validation and creation, handling of buy-outs, managing pricing, lead time, and sizing related activities.
Coordinate with internal workgroups for escalations and address technical clarifications related to the proposal.
Manage order bookings by reviewing requirements and data sheets, validating model numbers, handling buy-outs, and coordinating pricing, lead-time, sizing, and configuration activities.
Resolve order issues and raise them to internal workgroups as needed.

Krav

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation and Control Engineering, or related courses.
Proficiency in English communication skills.
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications.
Must be amenable to a 12-month fixed-term employment arrangement.
