Ansvarsområden

Develop and maintain an effective sales strategy to improve market penetration and realize growth aspirations.
Define, plan, lead, and ensure the execution of sales strategy to achieve sales targets.
Lead, develop, and coach the Sales organization to achieve sales targets through high performance.
Anticipate and identify shortfalls in performance and take appropriate remedial actions.
Identify and evaluate new opportunities with existing and potential customers.
Plan and execute customer surveys and act on the results.
Participate in the negotiation of key contracts.

Krav

At least 8 years of relevant professional work experience.
Bachelor's degree or above.
Proficient in both English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken forms.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Semiconductor industry working experience is preferred.
