Accenture is looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer in Perth to contribute to electrical design packages for water and wastewater assets. The role involves designing LV power distribution, MCCs, and switchboards, and preparing technical documentation. A Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) degree and 5+ years of relevant experience are required.

Ansvarsområden

Delivering electrical design packages for water and wastewater assets (pump stations, treatment plants, bores, dosing facilities) from concept to for-construction issue.
Designing LV power distribution, motor control centres (MCCs), switchboards, cable systems, lighting, and earthing to Water Corporation design standards.
Contributing to instrumentation, control, and SCADA scopes alongside automation engineers.
Preparing specifications, single line diagrams, cable schedules, load calculations, and technical reports.
Supporting site activities including inspections, factory acceptance testing (FAT/SAT), commissioning, and as-built verification.
Coordinating with mechanical, civil, and process disciplines, and engaging directly with Client stakeholders and contractors.
Championing safety in design (SiD) and quality.

Krav

Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) Degree or equivalent.
5+ years' electrical engineering experience.
Working knowledge of AS/NZS 3000 and related Australian standards.
Competence with electrical design and calculation tools (e.g. PowerCAD/ETAP, AutoCAD/Revit or similar).
Current WA driver's licence and willingness to travel occasionally to regional sites.

Water industry experience will be well regarded.
Familiarity with Water Corporation design standards (DS20-series) is highly regarded.
Strong communication skills for facilitating design reviews.
Well-developed interpersonal skills.
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Supervisory experience is an advantage.
