Amazon Worldwide Operations is seeking a high-potential EF Operation Executive to join their India Operations team in Karnataka. This role involves monitoring seller flex sites, driving strategic projects, and leading operational process improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies. The position requires travel to seller nodes for setup and monitoring.

Ansvarsområden

  • Monitor multiple seller flex sites from operations and compliance point of view.
  • Work with multiple internal and external stakeholders to achieve timely launches and operations metrics.
  • Identify patterns and disruptions in operations data.
  • Dive deep into details and foresee data implications.
  • Travel to seller nodes to launch, set up & monitor Flex operations.
  • Be flexible for outstation travel to seller premises.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • MBA, or Master's degree.
  • Customer obsession and a high sense of ownership.
  • Ability to work with 7 days a week operation with varying scheduled days off based on shift patterns and business needs.
