The position requires travel to seller nodes for setup and monitoring.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor multiple seller flex sites from operations and compliance point of view.
  • Work with multiple internal and external stakeholders to achieve timely launches and operations metrics.
  • Identify patterns and disruptions in operations data.
  • Dive deep into details and foresee data implications.
  • Travel to seller nodes to launch, set up & monitor Flex operations.
  • Be flexible for outstation travel to seller premises.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.

Desired Qualifications

  • MBA, or Master's degree.
  • Customer obsession and a high sense of ownership.
  • Ability to work with 7 days a week operation with varying scheduled days off based on shift patterns and business needs.
