Accenture is seeking enthusiastic Emirati students and recent graduates for a two-year HR, IT & Finance Internship Program in Abu Dhabi. This program offers hands-on experience in core business functions, project involvement, and professional skill development.

Ansvarsområden

Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
Assist with maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
Coordinate interviews, meetings, and training sessions.
Support HR reporting and administrative processes.
Provide basic technical and administrative support to employees.
Assist with hardware and software setup activities.
Support system testing, documentation, and process improvement initiatives.
Help maintain IT inventories and records.
Assist with financial administration, reporting, and documentation.
Support invoice processing and record maintenance.
Help prepare financial reports and data analysis.
Assist with budgeting and reconciliation activities where required.

Krav

UAE National with a Family Book.
Currently enrolled in a university/college program or a recent graduate.
Strong interest in Human Resources, Information Technology, Finance, or Business Operations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Eagerness to learn and contribute in a professional setting.
