Ericsson is seeking an Early Career Network Engineer specializing in RAN Optimization in Plano, Texas. Ansvarsområden

Lead the launch of new carriers and sites for 4G, 5G, CBRS, and small cells.
Manage and support C-band launches, including SSV drive testing and auditing.
Monitor KPIs and troubleshoot RF issues for new carrier and site deployments.
Monitor KPIs and resolve RF issues associated with radio and baseband swaps.
Deliver projects on time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction.

Krav

A bachelor's (or preferred master’s) degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
Typically, 2 – 6 years of hands‑on experience in RF optimization or RAN performance for cellular networks.
Good understanding of 4G/5G technologies.
Automation know-how and skills to tools is key (Python and Power BI).
Good understanding of RF KPIs, performance optimization, and troubleshooting methodologies.
Ability to interpret site alarms and determine corrective actions.
Ability to comprehend and adhere to unique market processes and requirements.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to communicate project status and technical insights with stakeholders.
Able to provide timely and clear communication to internal teams and customers.
