Design and develop customizations, workflows, plugins, and integrations.
Ensure best practices in CRM development and maintain data integrity.
Conduct system testing, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.

Krav

Strong expertise in CRM/D365 CE Out-of-the-Box functionalities, configurations, and customizations.
Proficient in developing custom workflows, plugins, and integrations.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Solid understanding of CRM best practices and data management principles.
Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Experience in leading a technical team and managing CRM projects.
