As a Senior Technical Architect, you will shape and deliver CRM / D365 CE solutions, overseeing configurations, customizations, and extensions. Responsibilities include translating business requirements into technical solutions, providing technical leadership, and conducting code reviews.

Ansvarsområden

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within CRM / D365 CE.
Design and implement CRM / D365 CE OOTB configurations to meet business needs efficiently.
Develop and maintain CRM / D365 CE customization and extensions as per project requirements.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team to ensure successful project delivery.
Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting within the CRM / D365 CE environment.
Stay updated with the latest CRM / D365 CE features and functionalities to optimize the platform effectively.

Krav

In-depth expertise in configuring CRM / D365 CE out of the box (OOTB) functionalities.
Proficient in customizing CRM / D365 CE entities, forms, workflows, and plugins.
Strong experience in implementing CRM / D365 CE extensions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Ability to architect complex CRM / D365 CE solutions and integrations to meet business requirements.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in troubleshooting CRM / D365 CE issues.
Good communication skills to collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders effectively.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customization and Configuration certification is preferred.
