  • Develop and implement best practices for DB2 database management and performance optimization, guiding the team in adopting these standards to enhance delivery quality.
  • Train and mentor team members in DB2 systems and DBA concepts to build a skilled workforce, ensuring delivery risks are mitigated through knowledge sharing and capability development.
  • Gather and analyze client specifications to deliver tailored DB2 solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and optimal performance outcomes.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies in the DB2 landscape, incorporating relevant advancements into solutions to maintain quality and meet evolving client needs.

Krav

  • In-depth knowledge of DB2 systems & DBA and performance tuning on DB2 z/OS.
  • Strong understanding of database architecture, design principles, and optimization techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical specifications.
  • Proficiency in developing and executing training programs for technical skills enhancement.
