  • Gather and analyze client specifications to deliver tailored DB2 solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and optimal performance outcomes.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies in the DB2 landscape, incorporating relevant advancements into solutions to maintain quality and meet evolving client needs.

Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of DB2 systems & DBA and performance tuning on DB2 z/OS.
  • Strong understanding of database architecture, design principles, and optimization techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical specifications.
  • Proficiency in developing and executing training programs for technical skills enhancement.

  • IBM Certified Database Administrator DB2 (Optional but valuable)
