- Manage territory advertising and promotional budgets to maximize ROI
- Oversee training initiatives for retail sales teams to strengthen brand advocacy
- Ensure operational efficiency by monitoring order fulfillment and resolving backorder issues
- Participate in business reviews and deliver persuasive presentations to stakeholders
Krav
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of sales experience with major retail customers
- Assisted selling floor experience preferred
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory
