As Director Digital Experience, you will lead the digital engagement strategy and roadmap for Volvo Financial Services, focusing on customer centricity and scaled operations. The position requires strong project management and communication skills to drive digital transformation in a global, on-site environment.

Ansvarsområden

Define and drive the global digital experience vision and roadmap.
Lead the development of business cases and investments for digital initiatives.
Analyze, design, and optimize business processes related to customer interactions and dealer engagement.
Partner with D&IT to execute the roadmap while maintaining business ownership of priorities.
Establish ways of working that promote continuous learning and fast feedback cycles.
Represent VFS in Volvo Group forums for integrated customer experiences.
Liaise with business leads in local markets to ensure needs are met.
Establish strong governance frameworks and communication strategies for digital experience.
Prepare and present reports on the digital experience team’s progress and performance.

Krav

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a marketing or sales environment.
Experience leading digital transformation initiatives at a global scale.
Ability to translate business strategy and goals into technology roadmaps.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in digital ecosystems including CDPs, CRM, CMS, DAM, data platforms and analytics.
