Tetra Pak is seeking a Director of Corporate Affairs specializing in Circular Economy, Nature, and Packaging Policy. This strategic role involves leading policy stakeholder engagement, developing policy toolboxes, and driving initiatives within these critical areas. The position reports to the VP of Corporate Affairs and offers opportunities for global impact.

Ansvarsområden

Monitor global policy and regulatory developments in circular economy, nature, and packaging, assessing business impacts and proposing strategies.
Develop innovative models and strategies for engaging in circular economy policies to support business strategy, R&D, and innovation.
Lead internal governance and regulatory risk readiness for circular economy, nature, and packaging policies.
Collaborate with Packaging Solutions, Development, Technology, Supplier Management, Sustainability, and Communications teams on relevant policies.
Build and manage relationships with global policy stakeholders, including multilateral organizations and civil society, positioning Tetra Pak as a solution provider.
Lead and coordinate global/regional advocacy campaigns and external positioning with government bodies and policy stakeholders.
Secure stakeholder support and build alliances with industry partners and NGOs.
Represent Tetra Pak in relevant trade associations and stakeholder platforms.
Build and manage relationships with key policy stakeholders and industry coalitions.
Enhance capabilities within market teams engaged in advocacy.

Krav

Advanced Degree in economics, international affairs, environmental engineering, or similar preferred.
Minimum of 10 years in a Sustainability or Public Affairs role, specializing in circular economy, nature, and/or packaging.
Global experience in a related role within a multinational packaging or FMCG company, consultancy, or Public Affairs firm.
Understanding of circular economy and packaging issues and trends across different geographies.
Expertise in developing innovative partnerships and working with management and business leaders.
Demonstrated ability to present and interact effectively with senior stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills on all levels.
Mastery of English (written and spoken).
High level of persistence and achievement orientation.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Technical knowledge of packaging materials, packaging, and recycling is a strong asset.
FMCG, food, beverage, and/or packaging industry knowledge is preferred.
Spanish language skills are an asset.
