Ansvarsområden
- Maintenance and upkeep of the data center infrastructure
- Server rack installation and hardware break-fix on various components
- Troubleshooting network issues and responding to emergent situations
- Acting as a primary contact point for internal customers and external service partners
- Working to meet SLAs against assigned trouble tickets
- Performing on-call duties and participating in scheduled maintenance
- Contributing to documentation on technical issues and root cause analysis
- Participating in team meetings for metric analysis and goal achievement
Krav
- 2+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience
- 1+ years of computer networking experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to lift & rack equipment up to 18kg
- Ability to work in cramped spaces or elevated locations adhering to health & safety guidelines
- Willingness to cover 24x7 shift rotation
