- Handling scheduled maintenance and change management activities
- Participating in team meetings for metric analysis and goal achievement
- Contributing to documentation on technical issues and root cause analysis
- Contributing to process improvement initiatives
Krav
- 2+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience
- 1+ years of computer networking experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to lift & rack equipment up to 18kg
- Willingness to work in cramped spaces or elevated locations
- Adherence to health & safety guidelines
- Experience covering 24x7 shift rotation
- Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution
- Operating efficiently under pressure
