Join Amazon Data Services India Private Limited (ADSIPL) as a Data Centre Operation Technician in Hyderabad. This role involves maintaining and upkeeping data center infrastructure, including server rack installation, hardware break-fix, and troubleshooting network issues. You will be a primary contact point for internal customers and external partners, working to meet SLAs and participate in 24x7 shift rotations.

Ansvarsområden

  • Maintenance and upkeep of the data center infrastructure.
  • Server rack installation, hardware break-fix on various components.
  • Troubleshooting network issues and responding to emergent situations.
  • Primary contact point for internal customers and external service partners.
  • Meet SLAs against assigned trouble tickets.
  • First line touch point for hardware troubleshooting and technical issues.
  • Perform on-call duties and participate in scheduled maintenance and change management.
  • Participate in team meetings for metric analysis and goal achievement.
  • Contribute to documentation on technical issues through root cause analysis.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in training less experienced team members (for more experienced technicians).

Krav

  • 2+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience.
  • 1+ years of computer networking experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Ability to lift & rack equipment up to 18kg.
  • Ability to work in cramped spaces or in elevated locations.
  • Adherence to health & safety guidelines.
  • Coverage of 24x7 shift rotation.
