Join AWS Infrastructure Services in Hyderabad, India, as a Data Centre Operation Technician. You will be responsible for maintaining data center infrastructure, including server rack installation, hardware break-fix, and network troubleshooting. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in computer hardware troubleshooting and 1 year in computer networking.

Ansvarsområden

  • Maintain and upkeep data center infrastructure.
  • Perform server rack installation.
  • Conduct hardware break-fix on various components.
  • Troubleshoot network issues.
  • Respond to emergent situations affecting operational stability.
  • Serve as a primary contact point for internal customers and external service partners.
  • Meet SLAs against assigned trouble tickets.
  • Perform on-call duties and participate in 24x7 shift rotation.
  • Participate in team meetings for metric analysis and goal achievement.
  • Contribute to documentation and process improvement initiatives.

Krav

  • 2+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience.
  • 1+ years of computer networking experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Ability to lift and rack equipment up to 18kg.
  • Ability to work in cramped spaces or elevated locations.
  • Willingness to adhere to health & safety guidelines.
