Responsibilities
- Maintain and upkeep data center infrastructure.
- Perform server rack installation.
- Conduct hardware break-fix on various components.
- Troubleshoot network issues.
- Respond to emergent situations affecting operational stability.
- Serve as a primary contact point for internal customers and external service partners.
- Meet SLAs against assigned trouble tickets.
- Perform on-call duties and participate in 24x7 shift rotation.
- Participate in team meetings for metric analysis and goal achievement.
- Contribute to documentation and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 2+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience.
- 1+ years of computer networking experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Ability to lift and rack equipment up to 18kg.
- Ability to work in cramped spaces or elevated locations.
- Willingness to adhere to health & safety guidelines.
