AWS Infrastructure Services seeks a DCEO Engineer for BOM DCEO in Mumbai, India, focusing on critical data center mechanical and HVAC systems maintenance and operations. The role involves preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, 24x7 on-call support, and coordination with various teams and vendors to ensure continuous operations and cost-efficiency.

Ansvarsområden

  • Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment, including DX units, Split AC, Ductable AC, VRF, Exhaust fans, and DAHUs.
  • Manage Chilled Water Systems (Chillers, Pumps, Valves, Dampers, Actuators, Dosing systems, Make-up tanks).
  • Maintain Fire Safety Systems (hydrant, sprinkler systems, emergency response equipment).
  • Perform Generator Systems maintenance (A-check, B-check, C-check, D-check).
  • Conduct non-destructive testing including Thermography, Eddy current test, and Ultrasonic Testing.
  • Ensure personnel safety and infrastructure protection through risk management protocols.
  • Comply with all safety regulations and standards.
  • Coordinate with vendors for spare parts and support procurement.
  • Facilitate technical training and manage work order approvals.
  • Prepare and manage 52-week preventive maintenance calendars.
  • Develop and update MOPs and SOPs.
  • Create detailed equipment checklists.
  • Track observations and implement cost-saving innovations.
  • Execute cluster-level equipment maintenance.
  • Document and report equipment observations.
  • Create corrective work orders as needed.
  • Coordinate with EAM team for scope/process changes.
  • Conduct internal spares audits and ensure adequate spare parts availability.
  • Troubleshoot facility and rack-level events within Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  • Perform rack installs, rack decommissioning, and facility MEP management.
  • Provide operational readings and key performance indicators to ensure uptime.
  • Manage contractors, sub-contractors, and vendors on-site, ensuring compliance with established practices, procedures, and local legislation.
  • Oversee maintenance and operations on all electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety equipment within the data center.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge of mechanical systems (Mechanical, HVAC systems, Controls)
  • 3+ years of electrical or mechanical experience

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • 4+ years of data center engineering experience
  • Knowledge of BMS and EPMS control systems and data collection/trending.
