Manage a team of Data Collection owners, providing expert consultation on ML/Gen AI data collections and owning execution. Drive business value, manage escalations, and build customer partnerships. Requires people management, project management, and ML data operations experience.

Ansvarsområden

  • Manage and monitor team performance, fostering a culture of ownership.
  • Act as an SME Manager, gaining deep domain knowledge in data collection for AI.
  • Own global program improvement initiatives for the Data Collection Excellence Organization.
  • Coordinate across global teams and influence stakeholders for effective delivery.
  • Monitor and optimize collection health metrics for customer success.
  • Drive customer adoption through technical value and exemplary customer experience.
  • Act as an escalation point for challenging data collections, assisting senior customers and the team.
  • Collaborate with product and technology teams for long-term solutions.
  • Consolidate customer feedback into improvement initiatives.

Krav

  • 5+ years of people management experience.
  • Experience in project management (resource planning, schedules, status reporting, prioritization).
  • Experience leading and influencing data strategy.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience working with customers, with a passion for service, or technical support experience with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and communication.
  • 5+ years of experience in ML data operations, with understanding of data annotation/ML workflows.
  • Working knowledge of JSON, Command Line, and Python.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of technical support experience, or leadership/account management experience.
  • Background in customer success or solution consulting.
