- Server rack installation
- Hardware break-fix on various components
- Troubleshooting network issues
- Responding to emergent situations affecting operational stability
- Serving as a primary contact for internal customers and external partners
- Meeting SLAs against assigned trouble tickets
- Performing on-call duties and participating in data center operations
- Handling scheduled maintenance and change management activities
- Participating in team meetings for metric analysis and goal achievement
- Contributing to documentation and process improvement initiatives
- Assisting in training less experienced team members (for more experienced technicians)
Krav
- 2+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience
- 1+ years of computer networking experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to lift and rack equipment up to 18kg
- Ability to work in cramped spaces or elevated locations
- Adherence to health and safety guidelines
- Willingness to cover 24x7 shift rotation
