As a Microsoft Data Center Technician (DCT), you will learn to prepare, install, diagnose, troubleshoot, and decommission equipment under guidance. This role supports Microsoft's global cloud infrastructure, focusing on physical hardware and data center operations.

Ansvarsområden

Assist in issue tracking through escalations and seeking guidance.
Participate in daily safety briefings and complete required safety training.
Complete assigned tickets efficiently, meeting KPIs and SLAs.
Comply with security and data management procedures and training.
Maintain client focus to understand the impact of work.
Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing information.
Demonstrate pride and accountability for data center facilities' service quality.

Krav

Bachelors' degree in IT, or equivalent experience and basic knowledge of computer hardware and components.
Ability to work shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements, including the Microsoft Cloud Background Check.

Önskade kvalifikationer

1+ years' experience supporting IT equipment or related technology.
Applicable certifications: CompTIA (A+, Server+, Network+), Basic Structure Cabling (BSC).
