Amazon's IT Services team is looking for a Data Center Material Associate in Mumbai, Maharashtra to manage the reverse logistics of IT equipment. This role involves coordinating asset recovery, tracking, and lifecycle management to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance.

Ansvarsområden

Manage the day-to-day queue of reverse-logistics cases, ensuring IT assets are recovered promptly and tracked through each stage of the return process.
Send structured notifications and reminders to relevant stakeholders, follow up on pending returns, and respond to queries.
Work with third-party logistics providers to schedule pickups, confirm shipments, and validate receipt of assets.
Maintain accurate records of asset status, movements, and discrepancies using asset-management and tracking tools.
Identify and resolve mismatches, missing items, or tagging errors by collaborating with internal teams.
Support IT-clearance workflows and ensure processes adhere to organizational policies and audit requirements.
Prepare and share regular status updates and queue reports.
Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to increase efficiency.
Maintain clear, organized records to support traceability and knowledge continuity.

Krav

Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English.
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
Experience managing work and priorities through a ticketing system and coordination with Manager.
1+ years of shipping & receiving, inventory and warehousing practices experience.
Education qualification: Graduate.
