Transcom is seeking a Danish-speaking Customer Service Representative (CSR) for their Tallinn, Estonia office. This role involves responding to customer inquiries via phone or chat, contributing to project success, and working within an international team. The position offers full-time or part-time opportunities after an initial training period.

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone or chat

Krav

  • Fluent Danish language skills (at least C1 level/native)
  • Intermediate English language skills (at least B2 level)
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, such as empathy and listening
  • Ability to quickly absorb information, adapt and respond to change
  • Positive attitude and willingness to provide brilliant customer experience
