This role manages the Customer Support Centre in Shanghai, focusing on achieving sales targets for Service and Parts, driving transaction flow, and managing customer relations. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and over 3 years of service sales experience, with proven experience in the Energy industry and inorganic chemical spare parts/service sales being highly preferred.

Ansvarsområden

  • Achieve annual targets for Service and Parts Sales.
  • Drive transaction flow from inquiry to order, including quoting and follow-up.
  • Prepare standard contracts and sales orders.
  • Support external sales teams and identify business opportunities.
  • Oversee the Customer Support Centre operations.
  • Evaluate delivery performance, logistics budget/cost, and suggest controls.
  • Manage Accounts Receivable collection.
  • Coordinate between customers, departments, production, and suppliers.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relations and understand customer needs.
  • Develop team skills and build a performance-oriented team.
  • Gain knowledge of key processes and tools.
  • Develop competitive quotations with external sales to ensure orders.
  • Monitor pricing of transactional business.
  • Perform quarterly forecasting for financial results.
  • Generate EDX reports.
  • Handle ad hoc assignments.

Krav

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical or chemical related majors
  • Over 3 years’ service sales experience
  • Proven experience in Energy industry
  • Proven experience in inorganic chemical spare parts/service sales
  • Experience in managing distributors
  • High integrity
  • Good business acumen
  • Willing to learn
  • Teamwork spirit
  • Good cross-function communication skills
  • Ability to accept travel up to 60%

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Inorganic chemical sales background is highly preferred.
