Ansvarsområden

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or digital platforms.
  • Provide accurate information on Renault Trucks products, services, parts, and warranties.
  • Coordinate with dealers, service centers, and internal departments to resolve issues.
  • Handle order processing, tracking, and follow-ups for parts and services.
  • Manage and document customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Escalate complex or technical issues to appropriate teams.
  • Support aftersales services, including maintenance scheduling and service updates.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver a positive brand experience.

Krav

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in automotive, logistics, or heavy equipment industries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic technical understanding of vehicles or willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
