Ansvarsområden

Exceptional communications with external and internal customers, written and verbal, to schedule vehicles and provide updates
Managing and ensuring accuracy of all documentation
Creating work orders, allocating work to the workshop and invoicing
Working closely with the Service Team to ensure customers needs and expectations are achieved throughout their Scania experience

Krav

Strong knowledge of the transport, automotive, heavy vehicle, or parts industry
Experience dealing with suppliers, purchasing, inventory and logistics processes
Technical understanding of heavy vehicles, workshop operations or aftermarket support
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Excellent planning, organisation and problem-solving capability
A proactive mindset with a passion for customer service and operational excellence
Full New Zealand working rights

Önskade kvalifikationer

Vehicle/transport industry experience preferable
