Volvo Action Service (VAS) is seeking a temporary Customer Service Coordinator in Oostakker, Belgium, to support Volvo Group customers across Europe. The role requires fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach. This is an entry-level, on-site position within a dynamic, international team.

Ansvarsområden

Receive and manage incoming assistance requests from customers, drivers, dealers, and workshops.
Gather accurate information through effective diagnostic questioning to understand the nature and urgency of vehicle issues.
Open, coordinate, and monitor assistance cases using Volvo Group systems and processes.
Arrange and coordinate roadside assistance, towing, repairs, and other support services.
Communicate proactively with customers and stakeholders throughout the case lifecycle, providing timely updates and managing expectations.
Collaborate with dealers, technicians, field service engineers, and internal teams to ensure rapid and effective problem resolution.
Ensure all case information is documented accurately and in accordance with quality standards.
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction, quality, and operational efficiency.
Work in a fast-paced, international, multilingual environment where customer focus and teamwork are key to success.
Support Volvo Group's mission of delivering exceptional customer service and maximizing vehicle uptime across Europe.
