I korthet

As a Children's Activity Area Associate at IKEA, you will contribute to creating a pleasant and safe environment for visiting children, monitor and entertain them, and maintain a clean playroom. You will also build relationships with children and caretakers, adhere to safety policies, and support other customer experience functions as needed. This part-time role offers competitive hourly pay and a range of benefits.

Ansvarsområden

  • Contribute to creating a pleasant and safe environment for children in the play facility.
  • Register children, monitor and entertain them while in the playroom.
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic environment in the playroom.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of children’s activities.
  • Build meaningful and empathetic relationships with children and their caretakers.
  • Strictly adhere to all IKEA play facility and safety & security policies and procedures.
  • Support in other areas of the customer experience function as needed (cashier, greeter).

Krav

  • Must be able to work nights & weekends.
  • Must work a minimum of 20 hours/week to be eligible for Medical and Rx plans.
  • Successful candidate may be required to complete a background check and a drug test.
