Ansvarsområden

  • Meet and greet customers professionally and friendly.

  • Create and process job cards, checking for existing work in progress.
  • Check account details, available credit, and obtain relevant authorisation.
  • Provide timely updates to customers.
  • Agree timescales for unscheduled work and ensure completion.
