Sandvik Mining is looking for a Customer Sales Support Representative to provide industry-leading sales support, process customer orders, and handle inquiries. This role requires post-secondary education, a minimum of two years of relevant experience, and strong computer skills, with bilingualism and mining industry knowledge being assets.

Ansvarsområden

  • Monitor and process incoming customer orders.
  • Support customer inquiries via phone or e-mail, including quotes, orders, unit downs, return requests, shipping/pricing concerns, and technical issues.
  • Process weekly back-order reports, review, expedite as required, and send to customer.
  • Communicate customer needs to other departments.
  • Maintain working knowledge of products and their functions.
  • Ensure all activities align with Sandvik’s core values and policies.
  • Arrange for shipment/transport of equipment/materials.
  • Handle receipt of incoming goods and associated logistic support.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Krav

  • Post-secondary education, preferably in a Business-related field.
  • Minimum of two (2) years relevant experience.
  • Proven customer service and sales experience is preferred.
  • Strong oral/written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of processes, tools and techniques for selling goods and services.
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Sales Force etc.).
  • Familiar with parts manuals.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work flexible working hours.
  • Bilingual in both English and French considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of the mining industry would be an asset.
