We are hiring a Customer Relations Team Leader for our new IKEA store in Chandigarh, India. This role involves ensuring excellent customer experiences, supporting and coaching the team, and contributing to sales growth in a fast-paced retail environment.

Ansvarsområden

  • Ensure a fast, efficient, and friendly customer experience across all Customer Relations areas.
  • Handle customer issues accurately, positively, and efficiently, stepping in when escalations are required.
  • Support, coach, and empower co-workers so they are confident and ready to help customers at all times.
  • Lead by example on the shop floor, spending time with your team to guide, support, and develop them.
  • Ensure the department is well-equipped, organised, and staffed according to customer flow.
  • Work closely with other store functions to improve the overall shopping experience.
  • Actively seek and act on customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to department and store action plans and take ownership of agreed goals.
  • Monitor service performance, productivity, and costs, taking action where needed.
  • Ensure safety, security, and compliance with cash handling and store procedures.
